To enable us to help you find the right candidate, it is important that we get to know you properly. Meeting you to discuss the role, your needs and the various recruitment solutions available, is always our preferred route. Not only does this allow us to agree the role and person specification, but it also gives us an invaluable insight into your organisation’s culture and, where relevant, the team dynamics. Following this initial meeting, we submit a formal proposal before agreeing terms and our method of approach.

In addition to advertisement and database recruitment solutions, we can also source candidates through our extensive personal contacts and referral network. All candidates are carefully screened and fully briefed on your vacancy before we provide you with CVs and detailed profiles to help you better assess their suitability for the role. None of our candidates is ever submitted for a position without his or her prior consent.

Following the candidate’s introduction, we maintain close contact with both parties to ensure that you remain informed of developments, to reduce the risk of the unexpected and to secure, wherever possible, a successful outcome.
